We have a production facility of 100,000 square feet consisting of several departments - cutting, matching, sewing, pressing and packaging. All processes in the manufacturing of garments is done in-house to ensure quality. From cutting to packaging, we have the latest in equipment and technology.

In our cutting department, we have two sophisticated Gerber Garment Technology (GGT) computer cutters, which cut fabric in
a fraction of the time and with less wastage when compared to a regular manual cutter.
We also have GGT’s Accumark Silhouette
and PDS (Pattern Design System) software. Silhouette is a program application that works in conjunction with PDS and Marker Marking programs to give programmers the ability to draft and sketch, create and modify patterns, and lay markers for the cutters to precisely
cut to your specifications.
